To Whom It May Concern :
Shopping for a used car is usually like going to the dentist for a root canal. That is, until I shopped at Encore Motorcars of Sarasota.

The advertised prices are for real and most vehicles have very low mileage. The Mercedes dealership I originally visited had much higher mileage vehicle sat thousands of dollars more, and the salespersons acted like I was annoying them for having to get out of their chairs to show me a vehicle.

Not so at Encore. I was treated with professionalism from the very start from the salesman, Finance Manager, John Musto, the Service Manager, and Sam, the technician.
It was a very pleasant experience that proved to me not all used car delaers are alike. There are really some and Encore leads the pack, who are genuinely interested in their customers and repeat business.

Since my purchase, I had to have some warranty work performed and once again, it was a pleasant experience. Each time I was offered a loaner vehicle, treated with professionalism, and was very satisfied with the work performed and the time it took to finish.

I would recommend Encore Motorcars to anyone who wants to get their monies worth out of a low mileage, excellent condition, used vehice, at a very good price.

I know now my next purchase will be from Encore Motorcars of Sarasota.

We were referred to Encore Motorcars more than two years ago by a friend. Since that time we have had our five foreign cars in the service department on a regular basis.

When we have problems with the cars, the issues and options are communicated clearly. The problems are then solved with the least amount of disruption to our work schedules.

The vehicle that I purchased from Encore this week end was misrepresented. It is far superior than what was advertised. I went over it in detail in my garage yesterday and I have to say it is absolutely immaculate. I cant tell you how pleased I am with it! It looks like new and drives the same. When I trade my wife’s S550 next summer I will definitely contact you guys to see what you can do on finding a low mileage 09 for her. Once again I thank Encore for such a fine vehicle.
