It gives me real insight into good, fair and not so good dealers.
Yesterday, I did business with your very unusual high line, used car dealership. First, unlike most, you have a bona fide dealership. Cars and top notch service that charges way below the normal dealer prices. Your technicians are factory trained and ASE certified and have specialized training on specific makes such as Lexus, BMW, M-B and Mazda, just to name a few.
Your selection of pre-owned cars look better than new and I drove home with a neat toy.
I highly recommend the folks at Encore Motorcars and Dick Westby if you are in the market for a fair deal on a used car, far better than most everything I’ve seen.

This letter is about two months overdue. I am writing to tell you how pleased I was when I recently purchased a 2006 Mercedes Benz from Encore Motorcars. This is the second car we have purchased from you. Once again, the experience was 100% positive. First of all, we were treated with total respect. The sales associate, Dick Westby didn’t “sell” us in the traditional sense of the word. He heard our needs and addressed each one with knowledge, insight and ideas. He really listened and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want. Secondly, we had the pleasure of meeting and working with the Sales Manager. Rick Harris. In concert with Dick, he addressed our few concerns and gave us unlimited time to test drive cars and make an informed decision. Again, he was available, genuinely pleasant, minus the “hovering” and pressure found in other dealerships. I also had my 1997 Mercedes serviced at your facility and I am convinced that the professionalism exists throughout your company. Although the car was not purchased at Encore, your service manager treated me with the same helpful attitude and excellent service that seems to be Encore’s trademark. Perhaps this is why we traveled all the way from Massachusetts to buy a car!
Please let your staff know how happy we were with their professionalism and know that we have already recommended Encore to our friends.

I have to explain. This was the first time I ever purchased a car via the internet and was very cautious about doing do. You made the whole thing comfortable and secure. Not only was the car everything you promised but your service was outstanding. My wife and I greatly appreciate being picked up from the airport and then taking your time with us as we went over the car. The transaction went smoothly and we were pleasantly surprised to find you had filled the car up with gas for our trip home to Tennessee. Without a doubt, I would buy another car from you and Encore Motorcars.

I just purchased a “new” used van from Dick Westby at Encore, it was such a great experience. I had
mentioned to him what I was looking for and a few days later I got a call that he had what I was looking for. I did not even have to leave my business, Dick drove the van over for me to take a look at and test drive. It was perfect. I could not be happier with my experience. Dick made it so easy.
I had not realized Encore had a service department. I have never seen such an immaculate shop. I needed an oil change and service on another vehicle I own, which I took in to them. Jay called to tell me I had a nail in the tire and it needed to be replaced, he offered a loaner vehicle overnight until the tire was delivered to the shop. I was impressed. I certainly would recommend Dick and the folks at Encore!

You were absolutely correct. The truck is beautiful. I appreciate the accurate description you gave of the vehicle. It was correct in every way. It is difficult buying a vehicle long distance and you can't see it in person. Sometimes you get taken.

We were referred to Encore Motorcars more than two years ago by a friend. Since that time we have had our five foreign cars in the service department on a regular basis.
We find the service truly outstanding! Every member of the staff has been warm, friendly, courteous, accommodating and professional. It is a pleasure to walk through the door. It is as if you are going to visit friends.
When we have problems with the cars, the issues and options are communicated clearly. The problems are then solved with the least amount of disruption to our work schedules.

The vehicle that I purchased from Encore this week end was misrepresented. It is far superior than what was advertised. I went over it in detail in my garage yesterday and I have to say it is absolutely immaculate. I cant tell you how pleased I am with it! It looks like new and drives the same. When I trade my wife’s S550 next summer I will definitely contact you guys to see what you can do on finding a low mileage 09 for her. Once again I thank Encore for such a fine vehicle.
